Massimo and Alessandra will be happy to welcome you in the villa built at the beginning of 1600. The villa is perfect for a group from 10 to 12 people. There are 6  bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. 
Two large arches with ample doors open up onto the garden. This is very pleasant in summer when the houses merges with the outside area.
The terrace is perfect for a breakfast or a lunch outside under the shade of old trees.

GROUND FLOOR A spacious dinig room with open fire place and a large  dinig area, a large  living room with sofas, satellite television, DVD player and cd player.Two large arches with ample doors open up onto garden. This is very pleasant in summer when the house merges with the outsider area. The terrace is perfect for a breakfast or a lunch outside under the shade of old trees and the marvellous wisteria.The very well equipped kitchen is furnished of everything you need to cook a good meal. Stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffe machine, kettle, food blender, dishes, pots, and many tools.The kitchen has an open fireplace for a BBQ.

FIRST FLOOR A relaxing living room opens up onto loggiato, the typical covered terrace with a great view into the garden.On this floor there  are fuor king size bedrooms  ( two bedrooms have ensuite bathroom) and fuor bathrooms.
A laundry room with washing machine, iron  and ironboard.

MAESTÀ TOSCANA is completely furnished with antique pieces, many pieces of art work and collectors items. Until some years ago the owner used to live there with his family, thus the house still has a very cozy and lived in feel to it.

The house is extremely well cared for in every detail. The large park with its different terraces and sitting places is a jewel of a vanishing time, it offers splendid views and complete tranquility.

The houses offers a lot of space and comfort for 10 to 12 persons. The brand new private pool is 12 x 6 meters and is approximately 100 meters from the house, located between olive trees in the lower part of the garden. A splendid area for relaxation, sunbathing, swimming and just lazing about.

The entire park (200.000 square meters) is fenced in and completely safe, thus making this a paradise for children. A private road with a heavy iron gate (automatic) leads to the property. Your privacy is complete. A safe car park is on the ground. An outdoor BBQ area and a terracce are at your disposition. There are three bicycles there at the house.
